Description

The history of a mid Victorian mansion house, set in a small rural estate.  It was occupied for most of its life successively by the North Staffordshire industrialist, colliery owner and iron master John Henshall Williamson and pottery manufacturers Alfred Meakin and Arthur Stuart Johnson.
